Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement and Communication to lead internal communications, employer branding, and cross-functional engagement initiatives across the organization.

You will connect People & Culture messaging with multi-channel publishing to drive enterprise-wide reach, maintain brand voice, and use data analytics to optimize engagement with employees and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding (preferably with at least 1–2 years in a senior/lead capacity).
• Proven experience designing multi-channel communication plans, running teaser campaigns, managing external social algorithms, enforcing SLAs, and tracking readership analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications, employer branding, and cross-functional engagement initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end communications support for activations, webinars, and culture-building programs.
• Publish and manage multi-channel content across internal and external platforms; ensure timely responses and engagement metrics.
