Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years Instructional Design and Content Development Experience.
• At least 1-2 years Contact Center Training Experience - preferred.
• Proficient in E Learning Development applications (Articulate, Captivate).
• Working knowledge of video editing/development (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Powtoon).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
• Analyze competency and knowledge requirements to design training models.
• Participate in training reviews and apply feedback for improvements.
• Research, validate information, and ensure accuracy in content.
• Create curricula, storyboards, and multimedia learning materials.
• Develop slides, guides, eLearning, videos, job aids, and handouts.
