Responsibilities

• Support learning design and development through project phases
• Create training materials using multiple modalities (ILT, WBT, VILT, simulations, videos)
• Collaborate with SMEs and media/tech teams to iterate content
• Visualize content with design teams to maximize impact
• Write storyboards based on audience and content constraints
• Perform quality checks to meet standards of quality benchmarks
• Apply instructional design best practices and current learning trends
