Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Experience Design & Development Senior Analyst in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will design and develop learning content, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure materials are ready for delivery across instructor-led and self-paced programs.

The role requires 2–3 years in instructional design and content development, with preference for contact center training experience and proficiency in Articulate and Captivate. Taguig/Bonifacio area is the project location.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in instructional design and content development.
• 1–2 years contact center training experience preferred.
• Proficient in e-learning development applications such as Articulate and Captivate.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Powtoon).

Responsibilities

• Design and development of effective learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
• Analyze competency and knowledge requirements to design training models for learner needs.
• Participate in training reviews and apply recommended changes.
• Create training materials such as slides, guides, elearning, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs and learning partners and publish content on learning platforms.
