Job summary

Datamatics is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats. You will develop storyboards, modules, simulations, and videos, translating complex content into learner-centered materials.

Required are 7+ years in the field, with 5+ years in instructional design or eLearning, plus strong proficiency with Articulate 360, Captivate, and LMS platforms like Cornerstone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in instructional design, eLearning development, or related areas.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions with storyboards, modules, assessments, simulations, videos, and performance support.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex content into clear, learner-centered materials.
• Design and develop diverse eLearning modules and assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and clients to align learning with goals.
• Support learners and troubleshoot LMS issues as needed.
• Ensure accessibility, quality, and governance in content.
