Job summary

PeoplePartners seeks an experienced Instructional Designer / LMS Content Specialist to design and manage digital learning experiences. You will develop courses, multimedia assets, and assessments, while administering LMS platforms and supporting learners remotely.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in instructional design, strong writing skills, and experience with ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and tools like Articulate 360, Moodle, OpenLearning or Canvas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in instructional design or LMS content.
• Experience designing and maintaining LMS content and course configurations.
• Proficient with ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online learning programs and digital resources.
• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle within an LMS and govern courses.
• Create outlines, storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.
• Support learners, provide documentation, and produce user guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams for content alignment.
