Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a senior Learning and Development professional to enable employees' continuous learning and growth through suitable, sustainable learning solutions aligned to the bank’s goals.

Responsibilities include training needs analysis, designing and implementing programs with stakeholders and external vendors, and delivering both classroom and virtual training. Onsite work in Ortigas with regular collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Arts or Science is preferred.
• 8-10 years' experience in learning and development.
• Extensive knowledge in conducting training needs analysis, design and development of training programs, and adept at facilitating classroom and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Supports the training needs of at least two to three Business Units.
• Establishes regular engagement with the Business Units and HR Partners to understand business direction and people development needs.
• Conducts training needs analysis to determine relevant learning solutions.
• Implements approved training programs with stakeholders and vendors.
• Evaluates training requests initiated by business units.
• Develops and facilitates training programs.
• Prepares post-program reports and recommends process improvements.
