Job summary

Refinitiv in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Learning Management Consultant to join the Training & Onboarding Team within Customer Service & Support. You will design, develop, and deliver learning solutions to onboard and continuously develop Customer Service professionals, partnering with stakeholders to identify needs and drive capability and performance.

You will lead live, virtual, and blended training, manage logistics, develop curricula, measure effectiveness, and coach agents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of training models and measurements (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skills.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver product and process training sessions in live, virtual, and blended environments.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking.
Develop curricula for Customer Service professionals and deliver needs-based training.
Measure effectiveness of programs and use data to improve the learner experience.
