Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive productivity, utilization, and capacity improvements across ITG-PH. You will lead time-and-motion studies, develop dynamic capacity models, and apply Lean Six Sigma to eliminate waste and defects while ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 audit readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and HR/MA NCOM stakeholders to translate data into actionable headcount and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline is required.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt is advantageous.
Experience in time-and-motion studies or work measurement is highly desirable.
Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and execute time-and-motion studies to establish baselines for employee utilization.
Construct and maintain capacity planning models to forecast department headcount.
Identify bottlenecks and under-utilization to optimize resource allocation.
Lead root-cause analysis using 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams to reduce defects and errors.
Embed KPIs and SLAs into redesigned processes to sustain efficiency gains.
Maintain audit readiness and support ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 initiatives.
