Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize resources and drive efficiency across ITG-PH. You will conduct time-and-motion studies, build capacity models, and apply Lean Six Sigma to eliminate waste and ensure ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 readiness.

You will lead cross-functional RCA investigations, run improvement workshops, and embed KPI tracking within redesigned processes to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or quantitative field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Time and Motion Studies / Work Measurement experience desirable.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured work sampling and time-and-motion studies to establish clear baselines for employee utilization across ITG-PH units.
• Construct and maintain dynamic capacity planning models to forecast and recommend optimal departmental headcount requirements based on shifting business volumes.
• Map and diagnose operational bottlenecks causing employee burnout and pockets of hidden capacity from under-utilization.
• Partner with the Head of CQCI to deliver personnel resource optimization recommendations to HR and MANCOM stakeholders.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques to map 'As-Is' workflows and design efficient 'To-Be' states.
• Lead cross-functional RCA investigations using 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams to eliminate defects and errors.
• Facilitate hands-on process improvement workshops with front-line teams to compress cycle times and improve first-time-right execution.
• Embed measurable metrics, SLAs, and KPIs into redesigned processes to track efficiency gains.
• Translate optimized workflows into formal documentation updating Quality Manual and process maps.
• Enforce change control and retention guidelines to protect institutional knowledge during overhauls.
• Maintain audit readiness for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications.
