Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc. seeks a Process Excellence Senior Engineer to drive productivity, utilization, and capacity planning for ITG-PH.

You will develop data-driven headcount models, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and ensure audit-ready processes aligned with ISO 9001 and 2026 ISO/IEC 27001 standards. You will lead cross-functional improvement workshops, map current workflows, and design efficient To-Be states while embedding KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related quantitative field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt is an advantage.
• Time and Motion Studies / Work Measurement training is highly desirable.
• ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 coursework or certifications are a plus.
• 3–5+ years in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Capacity Planning with productivity analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute time-and-motion studies to establish baselines for employee utilization across ITG-PH units.
• Build and maintain capacity planning models to forecast optimal department headcount based on volumes.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for under-utilization to balance workload.
• Lead cross-functional RCA investigations to eliminate defects and errors.
• Embed metrics, SLAs, and KPIs into redesigned processes to sustain gains.
