Job summary

JGC Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Engineer with a BS Chemical Engineering or related degree and at least seven years of process design experience in oil and gas or related industries. You will act as Project Sr.

Engineer for medium to large, critical projects, and deliver the Department Project Execution Plan to ensure successful completion. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the leadership to guide

Qualifications

• Must be graduates of BS Chemical Engineering or related course.
• At least seven (7) years experience in process engineering design works gained in an oil & gas or related industry.
• Acts as Project Sr. Engineer or Lead Engineer for medium and large scale and critical projects. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Department Project Execution Plan to ensure successful completion of projects assigned.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to implement a training plan (Developing technical skills of subordinates) of the Department/Section.
• Occasional Technical Auditor is an advantage.
• Can negotiate and coordinate with clients during kick-off meetings to establish clear and complete project contract, requirements, standards, specifications, and applications.
• Possess leadership, project management and good Interpersonal skills.
• Can prepare drawings and data sheets such as Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Piping and Instrument Diagram, Equipment, Instrument and Piping Process Data Sheets, Heat and Material Balance and Hydraulic Calculations.
• Able to design Process Safety Systems, Equipment Sizing and Rating.
