• Ensures that design for equipment's, process, and flow are met in accordance with the plant capacity and requirements
• Initiates optimization of process, flow and manpower taking into consideration safety and ergonomics
• Actively participates in the qualification and validation of process, raw materials & equipment for production use.
• Works closely with department heads for alignment of targets and roadmap identification
• Coordinates with the production department and related sections the needs of support in the analysis of quality problems and help propose appropriate action plans
