Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across Global HR Services. You will partner with Global Process Owners and HR leaders to identify opportunities, apply Lean Six Sigma, and lead workshops that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, governance, and coaching to embed a culture of continuous improvement across multinational teams and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma expertise with Black Belt certification required.
• Proven facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects and workstreams across HR Services.
• Partner with Process Owners and leaders to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, process management, and analytics to diagnose issues.
• Facilitate process mapping, value stream analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Support design and implementation of standardization and AI initiatives.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
• Track benefits, measure outcomes, and promote best practices.
