Job summary

Lamido E-Services Philippines Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive smarter processes across the organization.

You will lead initiatives to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and boost performance, while coaching teams in a continuous improvement mindset. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, 2+ years of experience, and Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus, with strong communication and analytical skills to interpret metrics and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret reports, metrics and data.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive for better processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and shorten lead times.
• Coach and support teams in building a continuous improvement mindset.
• Use process knowledge to coach and train colleagues on quality, productivity, and risk.
• Establish baseline process measures and use data-driven thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure proper process execution and support audit activities.
• Prepare clear and engaging, data-driven communication materials.
• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports to keep initiatives on track.
• Support the Process Excellence Manager in maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System (IMS).
