Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive process excellence across Global HR Services. The role partners with Process Owners and leaders to identify opportunities, apply Lean Six Sigma, and implement performance improvements with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in CI/Operational Excellence, Black Belt certification, and strong data-driven problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with HR tech platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in complex operations.
• Black Belt certification required; Green Belt with significant experience considered.
• Expertise in process mapping, root-cause analysis, value stream analysis, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Learning, or related field.
• Desirable knowledge of HR tech platforms supporting onboarding, learning, and case/workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects and workstreams across HR Services and related functions.
• Partner with Process Owners and leaders to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, process management, and analytics to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
• Facilitate process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Analyze process and performance data to generate insights for decision making.
• Support design and implementation of process improvements, standardisation, and AI initiatives.
• Provide guidance on continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Champion a process-first mindset to address operational challenges.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking, and outcomes measurement.
• Coach stakeholders and project teams in CI methodologies.
