Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Management, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and problem-solving activities.
• Advanced analytical, process mapping, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across HR Services and related functions.
• Partner with Process Owners, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Analyse operational and process performance data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Support process standardisation, automation, AI initiatives, and transformation programs.
• Develop current-state and future-state process designs and improvement recommendations.
• Track benefits realisation and measure improvement outcomes.
• Coach and guide stakeholders on continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
