E-team Workforce Private Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive process excellence within HR Services. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma to deliver measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
The role requires 7+ years in CI/Operational Excellence, plus strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join a high-performing Process Excellence team supporting Global HR Services. In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives, partner with key stakeholders across the business, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements in quality, efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
Contract: 12 Months
Start Date: September 2026
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1x per week onsite)
Shift: Possible UK / Mid-shift
As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will:
Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across HR Services and related business functions.
Partner with Process Owners, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
Analyse operational and process performance data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Support process standardisation, automation, AI initiatives, and transformation programs.
Develop current-state and future-state process designs and improvement recommendations.
Track benefits realisation and measure improvement outcomes.
Coach and guide stakeholders on continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Management, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and problem-solving activities.
Advanced analytical, process mapping, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
You must have:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification; OR
Significant practical Continuous Improvement experience demonstrating equivalent capability.
Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate:
Application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Process improvement expertise
Experience driving structured improvement programs
Capability to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives
Experience within HR Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
Exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working within multinational organisations and geographically dispersed teams.
