Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Management, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies within complex operational environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. Green Belt candidates with significant experience may be considered.
• Expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream analysis, and process performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning, or a related field.
• Desirable - working knowledge of HR technology platforms supporting onboarding, talent development, learning administration, case management, workflow, knowledge management, reporting, and HR data.
• Desirable - experience working with multinational companies, including large, geographically dispersed teams and offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects and workstreams across HR Services and related business functions.
• Partner with Process Owners and leaders to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, process management, and analytical techniques to diagnose issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Analyse process and operational performance data to generate insights for decision making.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Provide expertise on continuous improvement methods, tools, and best practices.
• Champion a process-first approach to address operational challenges.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking, and measurement of outcomes.
• Coach stakeholders and teams in applying continuous improvement techniques.
