Job summary

ISCA Cares Limited is seeking a Lead (Candidate Experience) to oversee the end-to-end admissions process for the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) and ISCA's other programmes. You will lead the admissions team to ensure accurate eligibility assessments, smooth progression, and timely query resolution.

You will also drive regular management reporting, process improvements, and targeted communications while coordinating with overseas teams on ad hoc requests to optimise candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accountancy or related field.
• 5+ years in programme administration, operations, customer service, or related field.
• Experience supervising teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading system development or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of admissions, enrolment, eligibility validation, and programme administration processes.
• High attention to detail with governance and compliance mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for complex cases and appeals.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Power BI) for reporting and performance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management across internal departments and overseas teams.
• Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of SCAQ candidate applications, module enrolments, and exemption assessments.
• Support regular reporting and data management of the candidate system, including report generation.
• Oversee high-volume queries across all service channels for SCAQ and ISCA qualifications, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Monitor end-to-end candidate progression from application through to graduation.
• Plan and lead the annual SCAQ candidature renewal exercise, including retention initiatives.
• Review and drive system change requests with ICT on requirements, UAT, data validation.
• Oversee billing matters including bulk billing, refunds, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan targeted communications to candidate segments.
• Provide guidance on complex cases and appeals, and lead issue resolution.
• Coach and develop team members and allocate resources to meet KPIs.
