Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or Accountancy.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM, payment records or audit data is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with ACRA on Public Accountant status matters.
• Support renewal and reinstatement administration with system changes.
• Process Financial Assistant Applications and review supporting documents.
• Oversee CPE compliance administration and audit records.
• Analyze data using Excel tools and prepare reports for budget and audit.
• Provide frontline member service and assist events.
