Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Insights & Enablement Analyst to act as the analytical gatekeeper for product launches and scaling. You will ensure data integrity at ingestion, build monitoring frameworks, and translate complex data into actionable strategies for operations and frontline teams.

You will work with stakeholders to monitor new user flows, develop automated dashboards, and diagnose post-launch bottlenecks to safeguard operational stability and drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience with Tableau and Databricks for BI/reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, data validation, formulas.
• 3+ years of experience in data handling and reporting.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain launch-related data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize SQL queries to monitor user flows and metrics.
• Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, Databricks, and Excel.
• Analyze post-launch issues and identify root causes of bottlenecks.
• Partner with operations, support, product, and launch teams to gather needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and enablement for new rollouts.
