Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Supervisor to design and implement training programs, identify learning needs, and deliver sessions across our Quezon City team. Lead coaching efforts and collaborate with department heads to support strategic objectives and workforce growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Learning and Organizational Development roles.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing training needs, developing learning solutions and evaluating program impact.
• Experience coaching and mentoring employees to support their growth.
• Passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
