Job summary

NICE Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Support Trainer (AI Learning Solutions) to design and develop AI-powered, self-guided training modules for global support engineers. You will convert instructor-led content to scalable digital formats and create AI-assisted learning aids.

You will also deliver live training and mentor others, while collaborating with the AI-KM team to align materials with product knowledge and support workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or learning & development.
• Experience designing self-paced or e-learning content using SCORM and LMS platforms (Dojo, Cornerstone or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and learning workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging training content.
• Strong written and verbal communication for mixed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered, self-guided training modules for global engineers.
• Convert live curricula into scalable digital content for the Dojo LMS.
• Develop AI-assisted learning aids and scenario-based exercises.
• Deliver live training sessions when needed and mentor other trainers.
• Collaborate with AI-KM teams to integrate training with AI workflows and knowledge bases.
