Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Knowledge Management or Content Management
• Knowledge Article Creation and Enhancement; Metadata Management; Taxonomy Design
• ITIL Knowledge Management knowledge and best practices
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and publish knowledge articles based on business and operational needs.
• Enhance and maintain knowledge content for accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct regular content reviews and close feedback promptly.
• Ensure adherence to KM standards, templates, and governance.
• Support KM campaigns and content improvement initiatives.
• Manage and validate metadata and taxonomy across articles.
• Identify gaps and work with SMEs to close them.
• Monitor KM metrics and drive content quality improvements.
• Support incident resolution, self-service, and training outcomes.
