Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Knowledge Curator to maintain the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of our knowledge assets supporting AI-driven and human-assisted operations.

You will manage content lifecycles, tag and structure knowledge, collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Product, Technology, and other teams to improve searchability and information retrieval, and produce reporting on knowledge health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in knowledge management or related field.
• Experience maintaining knowledge bases or documentation repositories.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain knowledge assets to reflect current products, services, and processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate, update, and publish content.
• Manage lifecycle of knowledge assets, including reviews and publication schedules.
• Identify and resolve knowledge gaps from feedback and changes.
