Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full Klaviyo execution cycle for a roster of e‑commerce/DTC brands in a 100% remote role. You will build flows, run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and deliver clear, client-ready performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on email marketing, deep Klaviyo expertise, and 2+ years with Shopify. You will work during US business hours from a remote setup with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo for campaigns, flows, segmentation, and analytics
• 2+ years of experience with Shopify
• Experience creating and launching A/B tests and reporting impact clearly
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and data formatting
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to explain performance trends clearly
• Available Monday–Friday during US business hours with flexibility for updates

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns across client accounts
• Schedule campaigns across multiple clients and ensure timely launches
• Configure dynamic content blocks and personalization within campaigns
• Build and manage email flows and automations with triggers and timing
• Support SMS sends within Klaviyo and troubleshoot flow issues
• Document flow logic and changes for team visibility
• Deliver regular performance reporting and client-ready slides and charts
