Job summary

Huzzle is recruiting for a fully remote role supporting B2B clients with ecommerce email marketing. You’ll lead weekly strategy calls, draft briefs for design teams, and manage sophisticated flows in Klaviyo. Expect data-driven optimization, strong communication, and high ownership over client results.

The position is full-time and engagement-based, working with international teams in the UK timezone. Compensation is tailored by client and candidate preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple ecommerce client accounts.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience with campaigns, flows, segmentation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of email marketing performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient).
• Ability to lead client strategy calls confidently and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls and present data-driven insights.
• Write briefs for design teams and QA emails before send.
• Build and optimize automation flows and perform A/B testing.
• Analyse Klaviyo/Omnisend dashboards and propose fixes when revenue drops.
• Ensure on-time delivery using internal SOPs and project tools.
