Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking an Email Marketer (Klaviyo Specialist) to join a fast-growing DTC e-commerce marketing agency. You will own campaign execution, performance reporting, and segmentation strategy across multiple client accounts while working 100% remotely with US business hours.

You will build Klaviyo campaigns and journeys, test and optimize, and collaborate on client-ready presentations. Strong Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution in a fast-paced agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
• Expertise in Klaviyo for campaign setup, journey building, and analytics.
• 2+ years of Shopify experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — exporting data, templates, formulas, formatting.
• Solid understanding of open rates, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability; translate to client slides.
• Strong segmentation and testing experience with clear reporting.
• Detail-oriented with organized QA and fluent written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, including batch sends and lifecycle journeys.
• Own regular email performance reporting with comparisons and recommendations.
• Flag trends and surface actionable insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Create client-ready slides translating metrics and learnings.
• Set up and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions.
• Manage segmentation → build → QA → deploy workflow, ensuring links and branding are correct.
• Configure dynamic content blocks and personalization based on behavior and lifecycle.
