MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to build and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for multiple Shopify brands. The role emphasizes mobile-first design, segmentation, and scalable templates within a hybrid, day-shift setup.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience for Shopify brands.
• Strong knowledge of conditional splits, flow filters, dynamic content, and catalog blocks.
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt content for AU/UK/US audiences.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email and Klaviyo SMS messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage Klaviyo flows and campaigns for multiple Shopify brands.
• Plan and manage email campaign calendars for major promotions.
• Design mobile-first, accessible emails using reusable modules per brand guidelines.
• Develop audience segments, dynamic content, and catalog blocks.
• Conduct A/B tests, holdout tests, and incrementality testing for campaigns and flows.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain monthly scorecards with improvements.
• Manage email deliverability, sender authentication, list hygiene, and unsubscribe compliance.
• Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify, product catalogues, reviews, and SMS tools.
• Create reusable templates and campaign structures to increase output.
• Ensure accuracy of links, codes, audiences, regions, and settings before send.
• Proactively communicate issues and propose solutions to campaign performance.
• Adapt email copy for Australian, UK, and US audiences.
