Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle across campaigns, automations, A/B tests, segmentation, and performance reporting in Klaviyo for its e-commerce client roster.

This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of campaign performance, working daily in Klaviyo, building flows, running tests, and turning performance data into client-ready reporting in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution in a fast-paced agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo for campaign setup, flow building, segmentation, and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience working with Shopify.
• Experience creating and launching A/B tests with clear impact reporting.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills including data export and basic formulas.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to explain performance trends clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Schedule campaigns, ensuring timely launches and correct assets.
• Configure dynamic content and conditional logic to improve relevance and personalization.
• Support creative assets and ensure brand-aligned output.
