Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking a Senior Crew for RO Restaurant Support to oversee daily operations at the stir-fry and back-up stations and ensure accurate and prompt product delivery to customers.

The role requires hands-on kitchen experience in a QSR/fast-food setting, TESDA Level 3 certification, and the ability to coach teammates while upholding food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year college in any degree course, preferably enrolled.
• 1+ year kitchen cook/crew experience in QSR/fastfood/restaurant; internal candidates require 1 year as kitchen crew or Team Leader with PCF GSC scores.
• At least level 3 TESDA certification in Commercial Cooking or Food and Beverage Service courses.
• Crew Training System – certification in Stir-fry and Back-up stations and product preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stir-fry and back-up stations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain quality and food safety standards in station operations.
