GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for Grab For Business. You will own a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts, driving adoption, revenue growth, and long‑term client retention across Southeast Asia.

You will report to the Manager, Key Accounts Management of GrabForBusiness and work a hybrid schedule with in‑office days and field/work‑from‑home days, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Regional Marketing to tailor enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of enterprise B2B account management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL/Tableau/Excel for forecasting.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and procurement heads.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Conduct business reviews with HR, Procurement, and Admin to optimize policies.
• Analyze usage patterns and forecast enterprise needs using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing on bespoke features.
