Responsibilities include database interrogation (PostgreSQL/MySQL), creating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with L2/L4 teams, app owners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Java Application Support experience.
• Proficient in Java and database tech such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• 3rd line support and code-level investigation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with knowledgebase article creation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line application support and resolve complex issues.
• Perform code-level investigation, troubleshooting, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Conduct database interrogation and analyze application defects.
• Investigate and report defects, test fixes, and implement workarounds.
• Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation.
• Collaborate with L2/L4 Support, Build Teams, App Owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support AMS continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and reporting.
