The role involves data gathering, testing, replication of incidents, and collaborating with Build Teams to implement reliable fixes. Applicants should be proficient in Java and PostgreSQL/MySQL, with knowledge of Tomcat being highly preferred.

Qualifications

Proficient in Java and database query languages.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of Tomcat or similar app servers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line support to incidents escalated by Level 2.
Perform code-level investigation and troubleshoot incidents and problems.
Drive root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues and implement fixes.
Collect data, run tests, replicate incidents, and verify resolutions.
Create and maintain knowledgebase articles for defects and issues.
Interact with Build Team or Software vendors to test fixes.
Triaging application issues to reach underlying causes.
Coordinate with team and other support groups to resolve incidents promptly.
Regularly update stakeholders on troubleshooting progress and outcomes.
Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
