Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Application Support professional for on-site work in Taguig. The role covers incident resolution, proactive maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

You will handle production support tasks and contribute to knowledge base improvements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in application support, strong UNIX/SQL skills, and basic Java knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience as application support.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work 24x7 shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide all facets of support for Configuration Items including incident resolution and minor enhancements.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases with workarounds and proactive issue management.
• Coordinate with multiple groups and escalate per SLA guidance when needed.
• Perform Ad Hoc tasks and participate in projects as Designer, Tester, or Implementer.
