Job summary

ERNI, a fast-growing software development company with a global footprint, seeks an experienced IT Service Management professional in Metro Manila. You will administer end-user IT service requests, manage service catalogs, and drive process improvements across complex environments in MedTech, Finance, Industry and Transportation sectors.

You will coordinate audits, maintain documentation, and produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT Service Management with focus on Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, IT Asset Management.
• Proficient with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy and Jira; strong process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support end-user IT service requests and service catalog fulfillment.
• Conduct quality audits of IT service operations and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain complete documentation of end-to-end IT services processes and guidelines.
• Develop reports on service operations and provide management with performance insights.
• Assist in requirements gathering, development, and testing for new workflows in ITSM platforms.
• Support events and preparations for client meetings and ITD Digital Week.
