Job summary

Intelassist is seeking an IT Systems & Security Administrator in Quezon City, Philippines. The role oversees Halaxy practice management, Microsoft 365 environment, security controls, and website hosting.

You will manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and domain/DNS; support WordPress content updates; ensure compliance with privacy and data protection for Australia-based patients; onboarding is two to four weeks onsite, then remote work.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT systems administration with ownership of security and infrastructure decisions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune).
Practical cybersecurity knowledge (endpoint protection, email security, access management).
Experience with domain/DNS management, web hosting, and SSL certificate administration.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website content updates.

Responsibilities

Own Halaxy practice management system configuration, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
Implement and maintain security controls (MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection).
Monitor for security incidents and maintain incident response docs.
Manage website hosting, SSL certs, and domain management (GoDaddy/Namecheap).
