Job summary

INTELASSIST INC. is seeking an IT Systems & Security Administrator to own and manage core technology and security infrastructure. The role covers Halaxy practice management, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity, and web/domain administration.

You’ll be responsible for secure, available, and compliant clinical and business systems, with onboarding in Haymarket, NSW for 2–4 weeks and a transition to remote work thereafter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT systems administration with ownership of security and infrastructure decisions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and set technical direction.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune).
• Practical cybersecurity knowledge (endpoint protection, email security, access management).
• Experience with domain/DNS management, web hosting, and SSL certificate administration.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website content updates.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy obligations in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Administer Halaxy for clinical and business operations and manage user access controls.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online configurations.
• Implement security controls (MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection) and monitor incidents.
• Manage website content, domain registrations, hosting, and SSL certs.
• Maintain backups, patching, and device management across the environment.
• Support privacy compliance under the Australian Privacy Act and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
