Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager in Makati to support the Infrastructure Manager in delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. The role covers supervising daily operations, managing networks, servers, cloud, storage, and endpoints, and driving upgrades and migrations.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain robust security controls, disaster recovery, and documentation to ensure continuous service availability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience supervising or leading infrastructure teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day infrastructure operations and technical support activities.
• Manage network, server, cloud, storage, backup, and endpoint environments.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance.
• Lead infrastructure implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure infrastructure security controls and standards are implemented.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Mentor infrastructure specialists and technical staff.
