Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks an Onsite Technical Support Associate to provide hands-on help to office staff.

You will troubleshoot computers, printers, and network connectivity, install hardware and software, and assist with workstation deployment while supporting Microsoft 365 and user applications. The role requires a IT-related degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years of IT support, and strong customer service and communication skills to ensure smooth workplace technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT education.
1–2 years IT technical support experience preferred.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking.
Good customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite troubleshooting for computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
Install and configure hardware and software.
Support Microsoft 365 and user applications.
Assist with workstation deployment and replacement.
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
Manage IT equipment inventory and device assignments.
Respond to onsite incidents and service requests.
Escalate complex technical issues.
Support meetings, conference rooms, and workplace technology when required.
Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
