Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to act as the primary contact for clients, delivering high-quality support for SimCorp Dimension. You will troubleshoot via remote connections, apply standard solutions, and coordinate with peers to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires strong English communication and prior IT/ banking service experience. The position operates in a hybrid model with in-office days, and offers opportunities to grow within a global support

Qualifications

3+ years in a client-facing IT/ service role
Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
Strong written and verbal English communication
Familiarity with cloud/DB environments and Windows administration
Good organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

Be the face of SimCorp Support for clients via email and portal
Set up remote connections to troubleshoot standard SimCorp Dimension functionality
Apply existing solutions to client requests when possible for less complex inquiries
Explain replies and resolutions professionally to clients
Hand over complex enquiries to next-level support for delivery
Coordinate with Service Delivery Associates for seamless processes
Provide operational support for running SimCorp Dimension in hosted environments
