Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects for one of our clients. Deployments will involve coordinating with diverse teams and managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality across enterprise environments.

The role requires 8+ years in IT Project Management, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. This is a project deployment role with opportunities to work with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Information Security (InfoSec) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance sessions, and progress reviews.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance.
• Identify and escalated project risks and issues when necessary.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
• Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to governance and delivery standards.
