About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team at our Ortigas office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in overseeing and delivering high-impact technology projects. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex project portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role is integral to driving our business objectives and maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and oversee the execution of multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget parameters
• Develop comprehensive project plans, risk management strategies, and communication frameworks to guide project teams to successful delivery
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, including technical staff, business analysts, and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Monitor project progress through regular status reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder updates, identifying and managing risks and issues proactively
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle, conducting gate reviews and quality assurance checks
• Provide strategic guidance on project methodologies, best practices, and process improvements to enhance organisational project delivery capability
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, optimising costs while maintaining quality outcomes

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of project management experience in the information and communication technology sector, with demonstrated success delivering complex projects
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies including PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks; relevant certification is highly desirable
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology projects with budgets exceeding significant thresholds and cross-functional teams of 10 or more members
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise technology solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Experience in risk management, change management, and process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree or additional certifications are advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
