Job summary

The Project Manager at BDO Unibank oversees end-to-end delivery of CCM services and products, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement in CCM delivery practices.

Onsite role based in Makati or Ortigas, requiring a minimum of 10 years in IT project management and a proven track record in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CCM-related projects and initiatives.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CCM project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business units.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all parties.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for project status, risks, and dependencies.
