Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks an IT Infrastructure and Operations professional to support the bank’s applications. The role is onsite in Makati/Ortigas and collaborates with the ITIO team to ensure reliable infrastructure and timely service delivery.

The candidate will onboard projects, develop workplans, review designs, ensure SDLC compliance, and drive production readiness across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in project delivery.
• Experience in IT Operations and process design is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard business projects to identify proper ITIO support.
• Manage infrastructure requirements of business system projects.
• Develop and optimize infrastructure work plans to meet timelines.
• Review system against approved infrastructure design.
• Assist production readiness prior to go-live.
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to production support.
• Report outcomes and risks to management and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and policies.
• Recommend and implement ITIO process improvements.
• Monitor audit findings and related action items.
