Job summary

The Project Manager at BDO Unibank oversees end-to-end delivery of CCM services and products, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule. Onsite role based in Makati or Ortigas, requiring a minimum of 10 years in IT project management and a proven track record in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CCM-related projects and initiatives.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CCM project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business units.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all parties.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for project status, risks, and dependencies.
