Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years in IT project management with 3+ years on enterprise-level banking systems.
• Proven track record delivering core banking applications (GL, Collections, CIF, AMLA).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of core banking projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. analysts, developers, testers, and vendors.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for solution delivery and integration.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Manage change requests, issues, and escalation processes.
• Ensure QA and user acceptance testing are completed.
• Support post-implementation reviews and transition to operations.
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
