Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 12 years of project management experience.
• Experience handling multiple projects or large programs.
• Experience in core banking technology modernization or similar.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the delivery of BDO Network Bank projects. Effectively manage project scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
• Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) acrossone or more lines of business
  Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case,including development of a statement of work
  Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
  Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal.
  Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management basedon defined governance methods and standard processes
  Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project team’s performance appraisals
• Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
• Oversee sourcing and management of vendors
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and guidelines, as well as other financialgoverning bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, etc.)
• Define and monitor all project key constraints
• Manage project issues and risks
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
• Develop and implement project communication plans
• Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• At least 12 years project management experience
• Manages all types of projects ranging from low-level to high-level complexities
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel, and/or complex programsor large-scale units impacting large organizations – i.e. core banking technologymodernization
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
