Job summary

Manulife Financial in the Philippines seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional technology and business initiatives from initiation to implementation.

You will lead cross-squad programs, ensure milestones are met, and work with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to satisfy regulatory and technical requirements. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with emphasis on analytics and strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree
• Strong understanding of company patterns and analytical models of his expertise
• Must have good analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning
• Experience with Agile methodologies on enterprise-level projects
• Experience in the Insurance and Banking industries preferred

The Sr. IT Project Manager manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs.

• Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required

• Leads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements

• Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree

• Must have strong level of understanding of company patterns and analytical models of his expertise

• Must have good analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning

• 15 year of work experience and minimum 8 years solid experience as a Project Manager working on agile teams-

• Prior experience with Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects

• Experience in the Insurance and Banking industry preferred
